I'm assuming you'll be able to see a number on the outside of the package that matches one in your emailed order confirmation or in your online order history, else I guess you open the box and check the receipt inside for the order number. You don't need to refuse the package since (apparently) Dell covers the return shipping, you just accept, contact Dell for the return, tape on a return label that Dell emails you, and send the box back (but=trip to PO). You're supposed to be able to cancel at any point before it ships (I had only gotten 'received' and 'confirmation' emails, both right after placing the order), but CSR said it was too late to cancel and that when I get the item I should call them to arrange the return. If not, how do you know which package to turn away/return to sender if you ordered two? ![]() Make sure the USB dongle is directly connected to your computer. If the battery is fully depleted, the battery status light will not turn on. ![]() I'm assuming sometimes you can catch it before it leaves the warehouse. Check if the battery status light is flashing amber 10 times, indicating the battery power is low. ![]() Astroblue wrote: ↑This is what I did as well and I'm looking to cancel the order when Dell sends me confirmation on the order.
